PILATES AT RAW FITNESS

Pilates is a form of exercise that lengthens, stretches and strengthens all the major muscle groups in a balanced fashion. No heavy lifting or working to exhaustion is involved, only concentration and focus to work each exercise through its prescribed placement, rhythm and breathing pattern. Elley Mensa is our primary instructor and she LOVES reformer pilates. Her fitness journey to date has included 9 years of competitive dancing, Muay Thai training, and group fitness instructing. Through these sports she has gained vast experience and created a pilates class that is fun and challenging whilst providing long lasting benefits for every attendee.

Elley is currently running classes Monday and Friday mornings.
