PILATES
Pilates is a form of exercise that lengthens, stretches and strengthens all the major muscle groups in a balanced fashion. No heavy lifting or working to exhaustion is involved, only concentration and focus to work each exercise through its prescribed placement, rhythm and breathing pattern. The benefits of Pilates include:
