Class Descriptions
PUNCH’IN – An energetic, boxing themed fitness class, guaranteed to keep you on your toes. Designed to improve agility, cardio fitness, speed, reaction and especially, tone the body. Sessions can be intense, be prepared to turn up the heat in the boxing room!
*For hygiene purposes we advise you to bring your own inners and/or boxing gloves.
SURPRISE SWEAT – We wish we could tell you, but the surprise is all the fun! You never know what you’re in for when you turn up for Surprise Sweat… but what we can guarantee, is a heart pumping, whole body workout. The class combines interval training with full body strength work and high intensity cardio bursts that will continually improve your endurance and overall fitness. Not for the faint-hearted!
RAW X – Fat burning…muscle building…effective… RAW X is a weights based class with a functional training focus. Designed to help you both burn calories and improve your strength, stability and mobility for sport and everyday movements.
RAW X-TREME – This whole body high intensity class will definitely have you reaching for the door. Combining the principles of RAW X, but now adding the intensity, this class is guaranteed to burn fat- FAST! You never know what is on the other side of the door but we can ensure you it’ll push you to your absolute MAX.
SPIN/ SPIN XPRESS – Spin at its ultimate. Perfect for toning and burning fat whilst increasing your cardiovascular fitness like no other class will! This class involves riding over hills, sprints in the flats, and interval training. It gives you a variety of pre-choreographed cycle related exercises put to music – A fun workout, for all fitness levels. *SPIN EXPRESS- all of this hard work packed into a 30 min killer workout!*
HARD – CORE – 30 minutes of AB focused exercises. The perfect workout for anyone wanting to improve their core strength. You will leave feeling stronger and will continue to burn calories long after the class has finished. * Please advise if you are in your 2nd or 3rd trimester of pregnancy.
STEP – A step program designed to push your cardio edge into high gear and attack the legs in every plane of motion, both on the step and on the floor. STEP strengthens the heart, increases bone mineral density, improves coordination, and tones the lower body, with every step you take.
BOUNCE – Bounce on in and be prepared for the most enjoyable workout you will ever have! BOUNCE utilizes Mini Trampoline to give you an unbeatable workout with ZERO impact due to the trampolines elastic nature. You will feel your body working in ways it never believed possible as you act against the ULTIMATE opposing force…gravity!!! *WARNING; for those blessed with co-ordination* (For your own comfort please DO NOT participate on a full stomach)
